Tre’Vion L Scott
Tre’Vion L Scott otherwise known as Trey Scott is the co-founder of Emerging Business Leaders LLC and have founded several other successful businesses. Trey is a leader and expert in his line of work. Trey attend Lincoln University for undergraduate. Trey served as an associate Minister and youth director for The Joshua House Church of Jefferson City MO. As associate minister Trey delivered high-energy keynotes presentations and sermons that challenge audiences to leverage their focus and pay attention to what matters most in life.
For the last 8 year Trey has managed U-Haul of Columbia Moving and Storage Missouri grossing more than millions in sale revenue. He’s an expert in Storage and Moving Industry. With over 10 years of experience.
Currently he serves as a board member for a Nonprofit organization called Peace who specializes in rehabilitation ex-cons. Over the years he’s served as President for several distinguished organizations, and served on several planning committees. Currently he started a business consulting firm.
Dominick Tice
Dominick Tice is the co-founder of Emerging Business Leaders LLC and has founded several other successful businesses and organizations. Dominick is a leader and expert in his line of work.
Dominick attended Lincoln University for undergraduate Fall of 2011. Left spring of 2013 and joined the U.S Army where he served 4 and half years, and retired September 2017. For the last 5 years Dominick has served in the transportation industry and insurance industry.Currently he serves as founding member of the Lavon Carthen Foundation, and a partner of a business consulting firm. Over the years he’s served as Vice President for several distinguished organizations, and served on several planning committees and advisory boards.
Johnelle Brown
Johnelle Brown better known as Nelle is the owner of Pretti Brown Brands. A company that houses multiple smaller brands. Born and raised in St. Louis, MO Nelle strives to create a better environment for her peers and younger generation.
Growing up Nelle played a large part in the organizations she was a member of. Between community service and community outreach Nelle has a love for those around her and the betterment of the people.
Currently Nelle is working on a couple programs for the community and small businesses. Which leads to her reasoning for joining Emerging Business Leaders. “Being a part of this organization makes me feel like I am working to be a better business owner and pushing other to as well.” Her goals are to better educate business owners and help in any way possible.
Rashid Troupe

Native of St. Louis and graduate of Langston University, Rashid is a designer, leader, and educator who loves to serve and create. As a student and Langston University, Rashid became a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. where he was recognized for his culture of service and began his journey as a professional graphic designer. With over 8 years of professional design experience, Rashid is the owner of Deuce Designs Marketing and Promotions, and Co-Director of Media of Emerging Business Leaders LLC., where he specializes in creating custom logos, flyers, merchandise, websites, and car decals.
Donald James
Photographer and board member for Emerging Business Expo. St. louis native and resident Donald has a plethora of experience when it comes to team building within a growing organization as well as mentoring and facilitating. Throughout the years Donald has worked and continue to work with many organizations within St. Louis. As a former member of Men on Business, Former Prince Hall builder, and one of the founding members of Gentlemen of Vision Rites of Passage Inc, Donald has had plenty of experience working in and around St. louis assisting with the youth as well as plenty of community service and outreach. Currently working as a Student loan counselor, but eventually looking forward to his photography and upcoming videography work be his primary source for income and continue to grow and help as many others asking the way achieve their goals.
